PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ENTER YOUR TEAM ON THE ENTRY PAGE BECAUSE YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE DROP-DOWN LIST PLEASE EMAIL YOUR NAME AND RATING TO email@example.com
All youth riders will be entered for the maximum number of rides unless otherwise noted. Please, no phone calls after 8:00 pm. Entries are to be in by the Tuesday prior to the show at 7:00 PM.
If you have a rider change or fill in the unknown rider or need to scratch a team before the entry cut off date please do not re-enter the team, please e-mail the change or scratch into firstname.lastname@example.org and once the change is made then a reply e-mail will be sent out to you.
If the change is after the cut off date then please check the team roster pages to make sure all your teams are correct. If there are any problems or you know your unknown riders please contact us at email@example.com up to 4PM on Friday before the show, so we can fix everything before the start of the show in order to have a smoother running show.
Note: any scratches made after 4:00 P.M. Friday will be charged with a $50 cattle charge and no new teams will be accepted unless there are extra cattle which will be announced the day of the show by the show operator and that any changes will be done as soon as they are received.
